Return/Exchange Policy
Any product, if unused / unopened / defective, may be returned within 30 days from the order date (15% Restocking Fee May Apply). If the part is unused/unopened, you may return it within 10 days of the shipping date for a full refund minus 5% CC Fees & packaging unless the error was on our end. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF THE PRODUCT IS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
A 15% restocking fee is charged for any products returned after the 10 day "ship date to customer" window.
Orders can not be cancelled once processed.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to the error of Bully Arms order processing
Sales are final on sale items, discontinued, cerakoted products, clearance Products & Custom orders
Shipping
We ship only to a valid address in the United States. We will NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Complete Rifles, Pistols, and Lower Receivers can only be shipped to Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders. Please email a signed copy of your license to Bullyarmsllc@gmail.com
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
